Overview

About Furbo

Furbo von der alten Römerstadt is a working-line German Shepherd bred in Germany, registered in the SV studbook with VDH and FCI international recognition. His pedigree is not random — the “von der alten Römerstadt” kennel name signals a tracked, registered breeding program with accountable lineage. This is exactly what serious buyers look for.

His pedigree carries multiple generations with HD normal (hips clear), ED normal (elbows clear), and DNA geprüft (DNA tested) notations — the health benchmarks that distinguish serious breeding programs from casual ones. Combined with IGP working titles, VA and V show ratings, and Körung breed surveys in the lineage, Furbo's genetics reflect real-world performance selection.

His temperament reflects what multiple “sicheres Wesen” (confident, stable character) notations in the pedigree suggest — steady, reliable, and clear-headed. He is well-suited for personal protection work, demo dog programs, or serious working homes. Less ideal for low-energy pet-only households.

At Falcon K9 Protection, every dog we place goes through a thorough health evaluation and temperament assessment. Furbo is fully health-certified and evaluated for stability, nerve strength, and family suitability — so you know exactly what you're getting before placement.
