How We Import Working-Line German Shepherds

From a European kennel to your home, every step is documented so you know exactly what you are buying.

The Process, Step by Step

1. Sourcing and evaluation

Dogs are selected from European working programs and evaluated for nerve, social stability and drive before they are offered to a client.

2. SV registration and pedigree

Each dog is registered with the SV (Verein fur Deutsche Schaferhunde). The SV pedigree documents lineage, titles and breed survey information.

3. Microchip

Dogs are microchipped and the chip number is recorded against the registration and health paperwork.

4. Veterinary clearances

Hip and elbow evaluations and veterinary health documentation are completed. Vaccinations and the travel health certificate meet import requirements.

5. Travel and arrival

The dog travels under a documented plan and is received by our team in Florida for a settling and re-evaluation period.

6. Handover and support

Delivery by home delivery or flight nanny, with in-person handler handover training and ongoing guidance after placement.

Working Lines vs. Show Lines

Working lines are bred and tested for sound nerves, trainability and the drive to perform real protection work. Show lines are bred primarily for conformation and appearance in the ring.

For family and executive protection, working-line dogs offer the stable temperament and the capacity for controlled protection that the work requires. The SV pedigree and titles let you verify that lineage rather than take it on trust.
